Terms and Conditions of Architecture Use

Last Recalibrated: January 2026

1. Core Framework Terms

By entering the digital infrastructure space hosted via croyanz.com ("Platform"), you unequivocally agree to obey all matching compliance terms, international routing declarations, and cybersecurity operating laws. If you do not accept these architectural limitations, disconnect all connections immediately.

2. Scope of Custom Integrations

CROYANZ handles system configurations spanning dedicated high-volume SMTP environments, conversion logic models, frontend layouts, and customer lead-tracking setups. Our teams act inside engineering tolerances; any extreme, unexpected changes to third-party tracking mechanisms (such as algorithmic tracking drops by external core providers like Google or Meta) fall outside our direct environment containment liability.

3. System Usage & Prohibited Abuse

You may not load malicious software payloads, stress-test our active public cloud servers via continuous brute-force methods, or leverage configured custom SMTP nodes to push unsolicited, deceptive phishing messaging structures. Violating these usage protocols will prompt immediate pipeline decommissioning and terminal action with security response authorities.

4. Absolute Limitation of Operational Liability

Under no structural alignment shall CROYANZ, its core engineers, or coordinators be liable for unexpected losses of revenue, direct drop-offs in organic algorithm rankings, or system configuration blockages stemming from poor server maintenance by external entities.
